I.
Věřitel přenechal dnešního dne dlužníkovi jako půjčku částku 50.000,- Kč (slovy: Padesát tisíc korun českých) v hotovosti. Dlužník podpisem této smlouvy přijetí částky potvrzuje.
Dlužník se zavazuje půjčku splatit, spolu s dohodnutým úrokem, v hotovosti, jednorázově, v místě bydliště věřitele dne 20. 8. 2007 v 18:00 hodin.
Smluvní strany sjednávají jednorázový úrok ve výši 10 % z půjčené částky.
V případě prodlení se zaplacením peněžité částky je dlužník povinen zaplatit věřiteli úrok z prodlení ve výši 0,2 % z dlužné částky za každý i započatý den prodlení. Tím není dotčen ani omezen nárok smluvní strany na náhradu vzniklé škody.
Tato smlouva je sepsána ve dvou vyhotoveních, po jednom pro věřitele a dlužníka.
Na důkaz svého souhlasu s celým obsahem smlouvy připojují smluvní strany své podpisy.

Poznámka ke vzoru:
Smlouva o půjčce je upravena v § 657 Občanského zákoníku. Smlouvou o půjčce přenechává věřitel dlužníkovi věci určené podle druhu, zejména peníze, a dlužník se zavazuje vrátit po uplynutí dohodnuté doby věci stejného druhu. Při půjčce lze sjednat úroky, jejichž výše nebude odporovat dobrým mravům.
