v souladu s § 178 a § 181 zákona č. 65/1965 Sb., zákoník práce, v platném znění.
Zaměstnanec je na základě pracovní smlouvy ze dne 1.2.2004 zaměstnán u Zaměstnavatele jako tesař. Zaměstnavatel dnešního dne Zaměstnanci předal a Zaměstnanec dnešního dne převzal tyto předměty:
- motorová pila zn. Stihl
- akumulátorová vrtačka zn. Bosch včetně příslušenství (sada zástrčkových klíčů)
- elektrická kotoučová pila zn. JCB
Zaměstnanec a Zaměstnavatel potvrzují předání a převzetí výše uvedených předmětů svými podpisy.
