Závěť sepsaná vlastní rukou o veškerém majetku
Nejjednodušší formou závěti je pořízení o veškerém majetku a jeho odkazu univerzálnímu dědici. Je vhodné určit dědice náhradní, pokud by závětí ustanovený dědic z jakéhokoli důvodu nedědil.

Loading ...Při této formě závěti musí pořizovatel celou závět sepsat vlastní rukou, uvést den, měsíc a rok, kdy byla podepsána, jinak je závěť neplatná! Pokud by závěť byla obsažena na více listech, je vhodné použít arch nebo jednotlivé listy svázat šňůrou a uzávěru přelepit. V případě, že to není v dané situaci možné, doporučujeme alespoň každý jednotlivý list opatřit pořadovým číslem, datem (dnem, měsícem a rokem), místem podpisu závěti a vlastnoručním podpisem.

V případě, že by má neteř Anna Bystřická z jakéhokoli důvodu nedědila, ustanovuji náhradními dědici veškerého svého majetku rovným dílem:
- manžela své neteře, pana Pavla Bystřického, r.č. 540505/7869, dat. nar. 5.5.1954, bytem Praha 5, Smíchov, Plzeňská 654/78.
- svou praneteř slečnu Janu Bystřickou, r.č. 785007/7654, dat. nar. 7.10.1978, bytem Praha 5, Smíchov, Plzeňská 654/78.
Prohlašuji, že toto je má poslední vůle.
