Rubopis (indosament) směnky
Vzor rubopisu (indosamentu) směnky dle zákona č. 191/1950 Sb., zákon směnečný a šekový, v platném znění. Rubopisem směnečný věřitel (oprávněný ze směnky) převádí směnku na jinou osobu, která se místo něj stává směnečným věřitelem.

Poznámky ke vzoru:
Směnečný věřitel může bez omezení a bez souhlasu směnečníka (povinného ze směnky platit) nebo výstavce směnky směnku prodat, darovat nebo postoupit jiné osobě prostřednictvím tzv. indosamentu (rubopisu).
Směnečný věřitel uvedený ve směnce převede rubopisem směnku na jinou osobu, která se okamžikem rubopisování směnky stane směnečným věřitelem místo původního směnečného věřitele a směnečník nebo výstavce bude povinen směnečnou sumu zaplatit novému směnečnému věřiteli.
I nový směnečný věřitel může rubopisem převést směnku na další osobu, která se místo něj stane směnečným věřitelem dané směnky, která je převáděna. Rubopis nového směnečného věřitele musí být umístěn pod rubopisem, kterým byla převedena směnka na nového směnečného věřitele.
Každý směnečný věřitel, který rubopisem převedl směnku na jiného směnečného věřitele, ručí novému směnečnému věřiteli za dobytnost, zaplacení a přijetí směnky. Pokud tedy směnečník nebo výstavce novému směnečnému věřiteli nezaplatí řádně a včas po předložení směnky směnečnou sumu, pak je nový směnečný věřitel oprávněn požadovat zaplacení směnečné sumy po směnečném věřiteli, který na něj směnku převedl.
Rubopis musí být umístěn na rubu směnky nebo k ní připojen na zvláštním listu.
Rubopis umístěný na zvláštním listu papíru musí být připojen ke směnce pevným spojem, tj. přelepkou, a přelepka podepsána přes její okraje směnečným věřitelem.

Chybí zásadní věc, a to že se indosant může zbavit ručení doložkou “sine obligo” (bez závazku). To se moc nepovedlo. Nula bodov.
