(dále jen jako„Předávající“)
Předmětem předání a převzetí je:
a) budova č.p. 18 nacházející se na parcele parc. č. 31 o výměře 94 m2, objekt určen k bydlení, památkově chráněné území (dále také jen jako „Budova“); a
b) pozemek par. č. 31 o výměře 94 m2, zastavěná plocha a nádvoří, památkově chráněné území; a
c) pozemek parc. č. 32 o výměře 285 m2, zahrada, zemědělský půdní fond, památkově chráněné území (pozemky uvedené pod body a) a b) výše dále jen jako „Pozemky“).
to vše zapsané pro katastrálním území Smíchov, obec Praha, okres: Hlavní město Praha u Katastrálního úřadu pro hlavní město Prahu, Katastrální pracoviště Praha na LV č. 84 (vše dále jen jako „Předmět předání“)

3. Přejímající přebírají od předávajícího veškeré níže uvedené klíče, tj.:

4. Ke dni podpisu tohoto protokolu byly zjištěny níže uvedené stavy médií, tj.:
4.1. elektroměr

5. Předávající prohlašuje, že ke dni podpisu tohoto protokolu neexistuje žádný nájemní ani jiný obdobný právní vztah k Předmětu předání, že Předmět předání není užíván žádnou třetí osobou, byť i bez právního důvodu a že na Předmětu předání neváznou žádná práva třetích osob.
6. Tento protokol je vyhotoven ve dvou vyhotoveních, kdy každá strana obdrží jedno vyhotovení.

AHojky, tak jsem u sebe doma žádný předávací protokol na byt nenašla, tak posílám aspon tento z webu, kde místo budovy zadejte příslušný byt.
